Ibraiz Ahmed

Ibraiz Ahmed is Training and Parts Manager for Emerging Countries at JLG Industries Inc. He has overall responsibility for Middle East, Africa and the Indian Subcontinent as a technical trainer and parts manager. Ibraiz joined JLG in 2012 as service engineer and, with his dedication, reached the position of Parts & Training Manager for MEAI region.

Ibraiz completed his education in India and has been living in the UAE for the past 18 years. He has 20 years of technical experience in the field of process industries, heavy equipment, mining equipment and aerial work platforms.

His aim is to build a solid customer base for JLG Industries by educating the customer in terms of machine safety features, operational skills as well as dealing with troubleshooting.
